Supporting and Sustaining Membership

Joining the WTA as a Supporting (formerly called "Full") or Sustaining Member makes you eligible to participate in our cyber-democratic forum "wtahall", where we select WTA's leadership and make decisions about how the transhumanist message can be spread.

Supporters and Sustainers receive
  • a membership packet, including a print copy of the Transhumanist Frequently Asked Questions and a WTA lapel pin
  • 20% discounts on WTA conferences, events and products, such as the upcoming Transvision conference.

Dues for Supporting Memberships are just $50US per year for employed people in the developed countries, and $20US per year for the unemployed, retired, students, and people in developing countries.

Sustaining Membership ($250US/year) entitles you to all the benefits of Supporting Membership. In addition, Sustainers:
  • are featured in the WTA website and materials (unless you request otherwise)
  • are invited to special gatherings at WTA conferences
