Keynote
presentations by Steve Mann and Stelarc
The keynote presentations by Steve Mann and Stelarc are open to the
public for a cost of CAD$12.50 at the door. The presentations will be
held at the JJR McLeod Auditorium on the University of Toronto campus.
Mann's presentation, entitled "Glogging: Sousveillance, Cyborglogs,
and the Right to Self-modification," will be held on Friday, August
6 at 8:00 PM. Stelarc's presentation, entitled "Alternate Anatomical
Architectures: Empty, Involuntary and Avatar Bodies," will be held
on Saturday, August 7 at 8:00 PM.
